Sentinel Storage - Richmond

We're partnered with Storage Vault/Sentinel Storage and have been using a locker here for a few years. The team at the facility as well as their operations team has been easy to work with and very reliable. For us, it's very important to be able to access our event equipment and other field-gear quickly and easily. The facility is clean, modern-feeling and easy to navigate. There's always dollies and carts available and parking is easy. They make it super simple and low-stress to securely store our equipment off-site. It's been a perfect location for our off-site storage. We recommend Sentinel Storage for all storage needs!!

Don was absolutely amazing! From the phone call to confirm my tour time, at the counter greeting me with such warmth and friendly approach that already I felt at ease as this was my first time to be in a storage facility, to the tour itself, and lastly guided me through the paper work with the best pricing he could offer. I will highly recommend to my family and friends. The facility itself is spot-free clean, climate controlled, organized, quiet, high security, and smelled nothing (which is a good and huge factor comparing to others I have visited). A few years ago I had to store a piano there and I must say that the facilities were so clean and worked well for temperature and humidity control. The staff was VERY friendly and generous in letting me use their moving van when I I finally had a place to move my other possessions. Sorry that it’s taken so long to write a review but this place deserves recognition for its amazing facility and staff.
