As container rental customers of BigSteelBox, 2018-2024, we finally made the plunge and purchased our own container from them. #1 in customer service, whenever we needed access to our container the customer service team either answered the phone or called back in a reasonable timeframe. Their note system helps them know the details of our account so that we don't have to explain each time a new rep answered. There was a personal feel to the experience. Their team always took the time to find solutions to our sometimes unconventional requests. We always felt our contents were secure in their storage yard. Costs were very fair. Although, we only accessed our container a couple times a year, there wasn't an extra fee for requesting access. I have to note that in recent years, we have noticed even better service and organization in the company. The new overseers of the yard are well organized, efficient, and excellent to work with. When we request access to our container, we know it will be ready for us. When we looked at different companies for containers, we initially were going to buy used from a different company, but after communicating back and forth with BigSteelBox on the various options, their offer and customer service won us over. We simply transferred from the rental to the purchased and they delivered. Simple and straightforward. The driver expertly placed the container too! We highly recommend BigSteelBox for any storage container needs.
