"We had two different lockers here over a six year period. It's clean, well organized, the carts and elevator work well. No signs of rodents that others have mentioned, lots of visible traps. Ronie and Christopher are super helpful. Only small thing was that they wouldn't answer a telephone call from Europe, but that was easy enough to work around. Highly recommended."

"I would never recommend this facility. Be aware that the units are not securely enclosed and our unit was broken into. Thieves cut the wire mesh ceiling and stole thousands of dollars worth of our belongings, and belongings from other units. The facility was not aware of this breach for several days. They did not repair the wire mesh access for several weeks, and only did so after constant complaining and insurance got involved. They have mode no improvements to the security, so this will happen again."

"Ronie is very helpful and friendly, and made changing names on our rental agreements easy. Unfortunately, there was some problems with mice in one of our units, and one staff member liked to provide lectures over the phone, but other than that, things were okay."
