West Kootenay Self Storage ✔

"Beware!! I put a locker on hold and i was very thorough with my intentions on being in and out in a month. I get a call a week before my rental was suppose to start and everything changed I now had to pay 2 months for 1 month of storage and that was because I would be a few days over the end of the month. Also was told I had to pay now or someone else would take it. I was told I could get a prorated first month but had to pay for another full month just to be a week over into the next month this sounded wrong and felt like I was being taken advantage of I do not recommend this place you can find other facilities nearby that are much cheaper and honest that will accommodate normal rental contracts. Most places i have used let you pay the day you get there till 30 days later. The owners should do better."

"Honestly a great experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The times open are great, the sign in and out feels safe and secure. I never had any concerns with break-ins and the units were clean. I highly recommend them."

"Great facility. I rented a good sized space here for a couple years. They run a tight ship at WK storage. Access is super easy with good hours, and staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend."
