I ordered a container from Big Steel Box with the explicit instructions that I needed to be present on delivery for correct placement. This was clearly stated in the work order. Container was delivered without me present & placed facing the wrong direction. I have spent three weeks trying to get this moved (during which I can't use the container) as I can't properly access the doors to load directly to/from a vehicle. Big Steel Box has refused to be accountable & will only turn the container 90degrees if I pay them another $120 delivery fee to fix their mistake. I WOULD NEVER recommend Big Steel Box.
