Advanced Self Storage Squamish ✔

"When choosing the right storage space for us, the AI assist on the website assured us the space we wanted was 24/7 access. We chose that storage accordingly. When we arrived, and had already payed, we learned that the AI assist was telling wrong information the whole time. Everything else is fine, the service at the store was great but the AI assist is clearly doing false advertisement, and that's a massive issue. For that, I can only give it 2 stars. I recommend fixing or removing the AI assist entirely. Services are better when real people give you real information."

"I was so impressed by the front end people we dealt with when renting a unit. Everyone was super courteous, generous with their time and happy to get up from behind their desk and walk us through the site to select a locker (twice!)."
