"I've been trying to get a hold of someone at the office for three months. I've left multiple phone messages, called numerous times during business hours, emailed and no response. I rented a locker in February, 2024 to be paid monthly to my credit card and I haven't been charged since the first month. I'm trying to call to confirm all of my stuff is still in storage and pay for the subsequent months, but I can't anyone to answer my calls or call me back. I had a great experience when I set up the locker, but I'd really like some follow up to my multiple messages. Until then my review isn't good."

"Wonderful customer service. Very accommodating. 24 hour access. With security code."
