Diverse Storage

I had a great experience with everyone that worked here. In particular I was helped on a few occasions by Steve. He explained all of the details to me (a first time storage uses), showed me the unit as a size reference, and answered all of my questions. The professional, friendly, and light-hearted banter with all the workers made my experience memorable and I would recommend Diverse Storage to others. Shout out to the four legged door greeter as well, extra treats.

No extra fluff or unnecessary responsibility placed upon the customer. Exactly what you need when you're in the midst of a busy operation and need some storage.

Originally I reserved a unit at Diverse storage on Keith Wilson over phone, as at the time lived 10 hours from Chilliwack, the representative was very helpful. Initially, I was not sure of the dimensions and reserved a smaller unit, on arrival with the moving truck, it was quickly determined I would require a larger unit and preferably on the ground floor for easier unloading. Fortunately an appropriate unit was available and the staff made the modifications simple. Everything was explained plainly and it made a stressful day pleasant. The storage site is clean, well maintained with easy access etc. Would highly recommend.
