Big Country Storage Terminals Ltd Reviews

always had a good experience picking up my packages, even had a few times my package hadn't shown ready for pickup but they still took the time to check on it for me and help me out saving me an extra trip to town.

It's comical how rude the lady on the phone was! Calls me in the morning to let me know I have a package and it will be sent back tomorrow if not picked up today. You can't call people and tell them they have one day to pickup a package or it's sent back. I have no messages, missed calls or emails indicating it has been ready for a week.

Picked up a bunch of packages from here and everything went smooth everytime. The people are always very nice when I come by and helped me a lot with one of my orders that I messed up on. I’m very happy with my experiences here

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
