This dropoff was a dream. The female aboriginal attendant was courteous, helpful and intelligent. She is a compliment to this business. She assisted me immediately to correct an attempted overcharge by the attendant at the originating pickup location in Duncan, BC. Kudos for this committed employee. She deserves immediate promotion. The entire operation is clean, neat and well organized inside and out. It speaks to a committed ownership/management. I saw nothing of the negative type of activity heretofore mentioned. I appears that those detrimental events have been corrected.

We had to rent a trailer and storage locker as we moved our daughter's belongings from Calgary to Kelowna. I was really impressed. All the front staff were great, and very helpful during the pick up/drop off of the trailer. Pierre, was very helpful sorting out the hitch on our vehicle to tow the trailer as well. The storage units are easy to access, simple for unloading, and very clean.

- I paid probably around 2500 to U-haul by the time I was done and you just keep my gas money?! Yet if it was UNDER you would have charged me a fortune. I'm quite angry about that to be honest!!!!! I was travelling long distance and couldn't risk
