It’s the little things that stand out. The place is always extremely clean. The grounds, the interior and the bathrooms. The staff actually knows everyone’s name. The price is reasonable and they allow tenants to run their businesses the way they need to be run. All of this makes for a friendly and inviting environment that all tenants can feel.

It started with a really good telephone helpdesk person who was very friendly and efficient. The same service was matched when I walked into the office and was greeted with two smiles and then was offered a coffee. The staff were super friendly and efficient and delivered excellent. service I have never seen at a storage location before. Got a great tour of the place and they answered all my questions. The place was super clean and tidy and shows a really well run operation with people who care for the place. The lockers were also super clean and modern and best ones I have ever used. I literally can't find any area for improvement and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
