State of the art facility, centrally located just minutes away from highway#1, inside loading & unloading, super clean throughout. I was looking to rent a locker for my sister for December, made a visit to this facility recently and was given all the information such as access hours, facility rules & regulations, prohibitions etc. upfront. Very professional customer service. I was blown away by their current promotion of 50% off for 6 months. I will be definitely renting here and will recommend this place to anyone.

I've been in customer service for over 15 years, from western regional manager in the security industry for the courts of canada to project manager for high profile commercial buildings and clients. After my first experience here it baffles my mind how this Shankar Velupillai got a job as a manager, Absolutely no customer service skills, rude, argumentative, talks over you and doesn't want to let you talk. If im paying top dollar for a unit, clearly because of one of the following reasons: emergency at home and you need to store your things, divorce, lost job it can be many things besides just storage. This guy has no sympathy. I was told I would get half price for 6 months this is the only reason why I'm using this location because of the deal. And when I paid for my unit, this was a few days ago I noticed it said full price on the agreemtn when paying on this large intimidating contract so I asked politely why does it say absolutely nothing about 6 months half price he's like oh you just have our word. Doesn't want or care to explain absolutely nothing. So you can come after me and make me pay full price but your company doesn't even have something in writing for the PAYING customer to state that, in 6 months your promotion is off and you pay full price. So simple, so easy to offer. This guy is acting like he's the owner, he's the face of that company ? That's who you have representing your name ? I can GUARANTEE you if you look at reviews you'll see his name come up often. I'm not going to invest more time and stress into this clown. But let me tell you this is pathetic. My daughter is more polite and understanding and she's in grade 4. This guy is a real control freak and he's saying oh we have thousands of units we don't need your money. Like ???????? I'm sorry are you the owner? Sorry if this msg is direct im clearly frustrated but I cannot believe this experience. I barely have any reviews, like 3 in 10 years... I don't have time. I made time this for this one. I will be calling head office and I hope someone talks to him before the company loses. You couldn't pay me to stay here promotion or not. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Save yourself the stress. Will anyone follow up with this and let me know ??????

Key Self Storage is THE BEST self storage in the lower mainland hands down. Great facility, great staff and CRAZY cheap prices. It really doesn’t get any better than this.
