Okanagan Containers

Transaction seemed pretty straight forward. I received an invoice for my container which I paid right away. My container was delivered. I then received a second invoice for my container for a higher amount. Then the head office started calling to tell me I owed them money. I asked them to explain why I owed more money. This went on for two months. They could not provide an explanation for the two invoices. Finally they figured out they had used the wrong address for calculating the delivery cost. Error was completely on their part as I had provided the correct information. I ended up just paying them the amount because they were threatening to start charging me interest. The delivery guy was great even though the office had provided him the wrong address. All in all I am very disappointed with this transaction, it did not feel very professional at all and certainly a little dishonest. The only thing they were good at was hounding me for the $94 even though they couldn’t figure out why I owed it.

These guys are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I purchased a 20' container from them back in October, their prices were the best in the area, and the fact they have a staff delivery driver rather than contracting to a different business for delivery made the whole process seamless. I recently moved and called them to see about relocating my container, their price was very affordable and Jesse their driver is truly a consummate professional; both times he delivered he was able to place it in a tight and tricky location with practiced ease.
