It was our first time to rent a storage in Vancouver. We got a pretty good promotion online for the first three months to try out. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place looks clean and the storage locker was more spacious than expected. You might need to buy a lock, though, but you can buy one from them. You might want a more secure one if you want to bring your own lock. We probably will stay after the promotion period ends. So far, we are happy with what they offer as they satisfy our strange need.

The initial contact was done over the phone. When I arrived they had lied about the locker I was going to be receiving. I took the locker due to time shortage. With in a 10 month period the unit price nearly trippeled in cost. When I went in to remove my items from the storage due to the sudden increase, my locker had broken into my unit. There was over 3k of items missing. I've called numerous times with no answer after multiple messages. Reached out to the 1800 number on line, no help. This place and the staff are terrible to do deal with.... Beware

I was helping a friend who seemed to have an issue with her storage but the rule is if she doesn’t like what your saying she tells you to stop talking over her…but when she talks over you that’s ok…then because I’m not the customer (assuming) this Lady at the desk was not helpful or useful it almost seemed as though because we were white she had an issue with that…reverse discrimination? Not sure just because she doesn’t say it but action show and how people can help.
