"I have been using the storage facilities at Maple Towing and Storage since 2019. The facilities have always been clean with easy access to storage container. Everyone who works there is amazing. They have always been polite and helpful even when I haven’t. Thank you!!"

"By far the worst experience I’ve had… My husband’s van got stuck in mud. When we called we were very specific about we only needed someone to pull the van for about 10mts and then we would be able to drive it, we even sent the first photos to the driver. We asked for the cost after he saw the pictures and he said “that’s easy $150”. He then arrived to the house and I specifically said “my grass is very soft and muddy, that’s why we got stuck” he was more concerned about getting his VERY UNNECESSARILY BIG truck inside and not hitting two installations we had. He very rudely said we didn’t explain well… anyways he got his truck in and got stuck (I TOLD HIM, HE’S SUPPOSED TO BR THE EXPERT), for about 1 hr he tried to get out making A MESS in my backyard, he got my husband to drive him to get another tiny truck to pull his own, my husband was actively working trying to help, shoving the mud, carrying wood, after bringing his other tiny truck he got out, he was saying “it was a big job”, he then drove the tiny truck, got my husband to secure his van (he got his finger injured doing it he didn’t have gloves) and 15 minutes later and 10 meters of pulling LITERALLY, my husband drove my van out… HE CHARGED US $400!!!!!!!! We paid obviously, but we paid for his OWN MESS, and he didn’t even consider my grass which I’ll have to pay for."
