Alberta Toy Storage Reviews
Jim M
The storage facility is very good and the employees are very accommodating. I have mainly dealt with Nancy who is amazing. Though I appreciate their service, I recently have moved my vehicles out due to the lack of pick up and drop off hours available which has been reduced a few times over the last few years I've been there. I'm not sure I would have stayed as long without the great employees Semo and Nancy. Hopefully the owner will view this and reconsider giving the employees more hours to stay open without having to take time off to get there.

We kept two classic cars and several motorcycles at Alberta Toy Storage for the last two years while we were renovating our home and then unexpectedly moving to the Calgary area. Nancy made the experience great and is exceptionally good at what she does. Not only was she extremely accommodating for us, she did it all with a smile and a personal touch. We cannot thank Nancy enough, she gave us peace of mind during some stressful times and has become a friend. Thank you, Nancy!!

Top Notch business. Good prices. Climate controlled. Very secure. Good location and the customer service with Nancy and Semo was excellent. I would highly recommend this business for storage of toys and vehicles.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
