Rented a unit here in May. Was out by the end of the month. Everything was great until it was time to get my $50 deposit back. It took me nagging the owner Mark for months, before he sent me $40 in OCTOBER. I asked why it was only $40 and he wouldn't even respond to me. I took the $40 because I had enough. The owner doesn't live in town so good luck fixing any issues with this business. You're better off paying more for a storage unit elsewhere, than dealing with this unprofessional business.

Very friendly service. Truck was great. The only thing that was a concern (and I have had this with the smaller dealers before) was that although the app allowed me to reserve a dolly, the dealer did not have one available. I would suggest checking ahead if you need equipment over and above the truck - boxes, blankets, dolly, etc. . Other than that it was a great experience overall.

Not overly impressed with the management of this place, showed up Saturday at 4pm to help a buddy load his bike onto a trailer, gate code didn't work just to see the gate chained and padlocked with a note stating the gate would be open from 10am to 11pm but was locked and nobody to be seen. Called the number left on the note, after 5 attempts to call this guy he finally called back saying that the gate guy left at 2 and he nor the owner on the phone could be bothered to come and open it for us as we travelled an hour and a half to get there. Come back the next day for 1pm only to have these guys by 130 harassing us every 3 minutes that we have to hurry up they need to close the gate. They were told the first of 4 visits to where we were that we were almost done strapping it down and were still forced out to finish up in the ufa parking lot across the street. Extremely unprofessional and the least bit customer oriented I've seen to date in a storage place.
