Symons Valley RV Storage Ltd ✔

"This place is unprofessional and I advise not to waste your time here. I have tried for several months to view and secure a rental stall to no avail. The business lists hours of operation yet every time I drove out to the location no one is there. I called dozens of times while at the location and from home. No one answers telephone calls or returns your messages. I have inquired with the general manager (Cole) via email of when and where can I view a potential storage lot for my trailer only to be informed I cannot preview. So how do I know what issues there may be such as lot stall grading, drainage, foundation concerns, weeds, rodents, direction of sun, weather impacts etc if not permitted to preview? I was informed a couple of times again only via email that there is no vacancy yet they do not have a wait list. Again unprofessional as I would have to call every day and ask if they have a vacancy. Ridiculous as well since they don't answer the telephone. I was informed that customers that rent a stall do not have 24 hour access as well no six month rental discount for long term customers. I now decided to look elsewhere for a more professionally run RV storage business rental location. Rather than continue to waste months waiting for this business. I advise anyone to do same and not waste your time here."

"Close to Calgary, great facility. Interactions with the Operator have been pleasant, communications are friendly and clear. I am very satisfied with this business. We won’t be looking for a different facility. We are happy where we are."
