Mini Mall Storage ✔

"I utilized a storage unit here at Strathmore Minimall storage. They were good with communication up to a certain point. They installed new doors on each unit, set a date then postponed it to a later date. When the time came for them to change the door and ask us for the key to remove the lock, they did not reach out. This left us under the impression the door wasn’t changed. Come to present day, we go there to collect our belongings and our lock was cut off and a new lock was put in place. Paying almost $600 each month for the unit and on time, to have a locksmith come remove the lock so we can collect our belongings. The run around they gave was aggravating. The company had no issues taking my monthly rent. I wouldn’t use their services again."
