"SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Over-charge extra days. I booked online for pickup at Border City East Self Storage in Lloydminster and drop off at Express Rentals east of Calgary. I needed a trailer for 4 days and online only included 3 days with no option to add days. I called and asked the pickup location, as well as confirmed when I picked up the trailer that I could return it in 4 days and the extra day would cost an additional $30. I got called on day 3 and told I was being charged late fees of $60 per day. SHADY."
