Fell behind on payments. Got into a position where I was able to make partial payments to catch up. They do not accept partial payments. Please make sure you understand this before you get a unit. Unit set for auction Oct 7th. A lifetime of pictures and sentimental items gone. Staff are kind, there is nothing they can do as they are bound by the terms of the contract. Make sure you understand this! And don't fall behind on your payments.

I've had a unit here for several years. I recently needed to downsize, the process was quick and easy and paperwork completed within minutes. The ladies in the office are helpful and knowledgeable, they keep the area clean and check the units every day. Definitely recommend this location

Great service with the office staff and help with deciding how big of a unit I needed. The unit was perfect for the time that I needed and available right away. The unit was clean and had a light and even during the winter the unit was always kept clear of snow and ice. If I ever needed a storage unit again I would use sentinel.
