I said rather him answer my previous question about pricing before I decide on wether I give him my information and he hung up on me. 😂 Easy tiger.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was incredibly lacking, with staff being quite rude. Despite a sign indicating a 15-minute wait, I ended up waiting for a full hour. The person in charge seemed inexperienced and untrained for their role. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $200 on top of our agreed-upon price for the U-Haul truck. This experience has left me with no intention of recommending this establishment to anyone.
