Not a great experience with this storage company. When we rented the unit, the lady had no idea where to go, so we walked around all the buildings to 3 different places, 1 spot being down the road to find out she doesn’t know where it is and needs to call someone for help. We signed all the forms day 1 and they keep sending emails asking to sign the forms that were done the first day with the lady in the office. We were given a gate code that doesn’t work and it just never got resolved upon asking. Keep in mind there’s only 1 person working most days so you might go there and the office be locked and closed for an hour while they take lunch. Ended up only renting for 1 month here.
