"I had an excellent experience at Sentinel Storage Downtown Calgary. From the moment I walked in, Rofe delivered top tier service. She was upbeat, professional, and very helpful. She explained unit options and costs, set up my access code, pointed out where to grab a cart, and gave clear instructions for loading and using the elevator. The building is clean and well lit, access is straightforward, and the whole process was faster than I expected. Highly recommend."

"Genie Senior Services recently needed a short term storage option for a client that was moving but had a 8 day gap between moving out of one home and into their new condo."
