Very dated, poor customer service and charge existing customers more than the posted rate… getting presumptuous that they are the only storage around. It might be convenient if you live down the block but there are better places, within a few minutes, that a) won’t scam you on rates b) better service including card lock access with longer hours c) better security d) gravel lots to mitigate against mice and easier when raining e) free sani dump in site.

Strange, new person behind the counter. Wanted to charge me more than what was the price that was stated on my phone call and the posted rate. Got there with my RV, just to turn around because of this. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Poorly communicated rates and pricing. Stored trailer for the winter everything went well. Pulled trailer for work for 6 weeks.. and returned and needed only 1 month before next project started. Was informed by employee that because am "new customer" have to pay for min 2 months.. reluctantly paid for 2 months.. asked at this time if trailer stayed longer than a month if it was covered... was told yes paid for 2 months.... 1 month passed and they call asking for more money... saying that only paid for 1 month. Not good business practice.
