"Ivy at the Canmore office could not have been more helpful. We have never rented storage space before and she made the process very simple. The cleanliness of the building was amazing. Great experience."

"friendly staff, nice clean heated units in new building, good pricing and convenient location, 5 stars."

"Not a great experience with this storage company. When we rented the unit, the lady had no idea where to go, so we walked around all the buildings to 3 different places, 1 spot being down the road to find out she doesn’t know where it is and needs to call someone for help. We signed all the forms day 1 and they keep sending emails asking to sign the forms that were done the first day with the lady in the office. We were given a gate code that doesn’t work and it just never got resolved upon asking. Keep in mind there’s only 1 person working most days so you might go there and the office be locked and closed for an hour while they take lunch. Ended up only renting for 1 month here."
